TRADEMARK APPLICATION

1Goods or Services: The description of the goods or services to which a mark applies allows us to identify which class or classes of goods and services registration for which the registration of the mark should be pursued. (The goods/services should be identified in clear and precise language, e.g., “computer programs for use by accountants,” or “retail food store services.”)

2Date of first use anywhere: means the date the mark was first used in the bona fide and ordinary course of trade anywhere, regardless of jurisdiction (i.e. if the product was first offered in Europe enter the date first sold in Europe).

3Date of first use in commerce: means the date the mark was first used in the bona fide and ordinary course of trade in inter-state commerce (i.e. when was the product or service first made available to consumers outside of your state)
